This battery is used in many obscure applications including Talking Calculators, keys, cameras and hair styling equipment.

It is characterisically mushroom shaped with a step in the middle of the battery.

Not to be confused with the old mercury cells used by many older (60's / 70's) cameras, even though the same shape, the voltage will wander down the range, resulting in poor results.  The 625 part of the battery number does not denote compatibility.
